We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to play a pivotal role in our clients’ growth strategies.

Role Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving the early stages of the sales process. You will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline, proactively engaging with potential clients, and nurturing inbound leads. Working closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams, you will assess the needs of potential clients and ensure they are a good fit for our clients’ offerings.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar role.
  • Experience with sales and marketing CRMs and eCommerce platforms.
  • At least 2 years of experience in SaaS and/or eCommerce.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executives, and customers.
  • Track record of succeeding in a goal-oriented environment and meeting pipeline targets.
  • Creative and self-driven, with a passion for proactively finding and engaging potential clients.
  • Ability to act independently, creating and executing plans for pipeline development and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your pipeline by actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients through outbound efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and conduct qualification calls to understand potential clients’ specific needs and challenges.
  • Work across channels (web, email, phone) to convert prospects into true believers and continuously fill your pipeline with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and customers to share compelling stories that resonate with potential clients.
  • Track and report on your pipeline’s progress, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
