* Added "Sync Upload" button to upload status view to allow user manually trigger upload for any pending notes if they are not uploaded.
* File size optimized for images and video faster upload.
* Fixed photo content type when uploading, this will now display images properly when viewing on portal. No more force download on known file type.
* Logout now does not clear out user data for same user. If different user login then previous user data will be erased due to data conflict.
* Category count fixed
* Fixed Note duplicating due to comment note.
* Added uploading error log to s3 for support and dev to review for any possible bugs.
