I was a multi-sport athlete my entire life, and by the age of 16, I knew I wanted to help people become stronger in their own bodies. As I began to see how much strength training was transforming my performance, I realized fitness wasn’t just about competing — it was about building confidence, resilience, and capability.

When I started college to pursue my degree in Exercise Science, I hit a wall that many former athletes know too well: If I’m not training for a coach, a team, or a competition… What's the point?

For the first time, I had to learn how to train for myself. Not to earn a spot. Not to impress anyone. But because I value what movement does for my body and my mindset. That shift wasn’t quick or linear. It took years of trial, error, and mental hurdles. But through that process, I rediscovered my love for exercise — on my own terms.

Now, I’m passionate about helping women of all ages do the same — whether you're a former athlete navigating life after a sport, a busy mom trying to squeeze in some “me time”, or just beginning your fitness journey. Strength training isn’t just about how you look. It’s about building confidence, discipline, and self-trust that carries into every area of your life.
