Homebase for the week will be the Steamboat Grand hotel- just across from the Steamboat base area. Rooms start at $450/night plus taxes and fees. Reservation links coming soon!
Tentative Schedule
Unwind with colleagues and friends after a day of travel or on the slopes at our Steamboat Springs Welcome Party! This is included in all doctor registrations, but guests must have pre-purchased a ticket. The party includes light appetizers and drinks.
SWSPD provides discounted childcare for the kiddos while you're at the Welcome Party. This will include a kid-friendly dinner and activities by a local, licensed childcare company. You must pre-register your child(ren)- registration for this will open at the end of the year.

Trade your skis for a drink and dinner at the top of the mountain on Thursday evening! Join us for the ultimate way to cap off our week - in the Champagne Powder Room, just a short gondola ride up the mountain.We'll celebrate our time in Steamboat Springs - the highs, the lows, the ski styles, the wipeouts, and the new friendships made!

The SouthWestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry is an ADA CERP-recognized provider approved by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CE RP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The SouthWestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry designates this activity for up to 20 continuing education credits.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than January 10, 2027. A full refund, less a $400/doctor administrative fee, will be issued for those received by that deadline. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 10 or meeting no-shows except in extenuating circumstances as determined by the SWSPD board of directors. All refunds will be processed within 45 days after the meeting. There is an option for registration insurance at the end of your registration process that does not have a deadline.
