SupportYourApp's Sub-Processors List

Introduction
To support delivery of our services, SupportYourApp, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "SupportYourApp," "we," "our," or "us") may engage and use data processors with access to certain personal data (each, a "Sub-Processor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Sub-Processor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Data Processing Agreement between SupportYourApp and the Client.
Third-Party Sub-Processors
We currently use the following third-party Sub-Processors. Prior to engaging any third-party Sub-Processor, we perform due diligence to evaluate their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices, and execute a written agreement implementing their obligations as Sub-Processors. This is our current list of Sub-Processors we may use in connection with service provision. If you would like to receive information about the specific Sub-Processors engaged in your case, please contact our Data Protection Officer at the address specified below.

The following Sub-Processors are integral to the technical delivery of SupportYourApp's software products and directly process personal data as part of product operation. Sub-Processors in this table are applicable only to the extent the Client subscribes to the relevant product indicated in the Applicable Products column. The following Sub-Processors are used by SupportYourApp in the delivery of its customer support services and may have access to personal data submitted by the Client in connection with those services. These Sub-Processors may apply where SupportYourApp provides outsourcing customer support services to the Client, regardless of the specific products subscribed to.
