An autopsy listed the cause as “unascertained.” From that moment, his father, Dan, began a difficult journey—sifting through medical records, consulting experts, and confronting institutions—to understand what happened to his son.</p><p>The film weaves personal archives, interviews, and court filings into a tightly focused narrative about accountability and transparency in public health decision-making. It follows Dan through setbacks and small victories, capturing the human cost of uncertainty while exploring how policies are made, communicated, and contested.
