Quotes were designed with you in mind! This feature was implemented to help you in a variety of ways:

• Get you more work by helping you to quote jobs and get quotes out to prospective customers more efficiently!

• Save you time by eliminating the need to add the same call information multiple times.

• Prevent mistakes that happen when you quote a job, but can’t remember the details or price.

Things to know about “Quotes”:

• Quotes can be emailed or sent via text to your customer for faster service.

• A quote will remain in the “Quotes” tab for 30 days if it is not deleted or converted to a call before then.

• Deleting a quote is permanent, there is no way to search for them or bring them back once they are gone.

• If you e-mail a quote and the customer is not seeing it in their “Inbox” please ask them to check their “Junk/Clutter” folders as sometimes it may be filtered out.

How do they work?

The concept behind our Quotes feature is simple; you create an estimated price for a customer who is unsure if they want service.

Instead of using a call number for this, you create a pending quote for this customer. If the customer calls back, you can now convert it to an active job or delete it if they do not want service.
