If you use the ‘Permits’ feature for Towbook, you’ll see a section to manage those in the “Settings” page, under the “Property Mgmt” section.  

Under the ‘Apply To’ option, it’ll add all the following options on a company-wide basis by default, or you’re able to choose individual accounts that may have different requirements. Once you have the account chosen, select the field required when creating parking permits in your system. Next, choose any additional fields, such as Vehicle Color or VIN number.  If you charge tax on permits, select the appropriate tax rate from the menu.  And finally, if you have a specific disclaimer you’d like to display on your parking permits, enter that in the ‘Terms and Conditions’ text box. 

 Click ‘Save Options’ once you’ve added your permit preferences.
