Payroll & Commission Reports

You’ve set your drivers commissions rates up, fantastic! Now what?

Now you can use the Payroll & Commission Report to pull the information that you need to pay your drivers!

(If you have not yet set up your drivers commission rates, go here for information on how to do so.)

This report will return calls completed in the date range selected. You can also filter by driver and type of report (Simple, Detailed, Summary) which will give slightly different views of the same data. Most will use the Detailed version as it will display the line items on each call, allowing a quick check to ensure proper commission is being paid without opening each call.

 

 

 

 

 

Calls are able to be modified from this page, in the scenario that you find a call with either the incorrect line item totals or the driver is being paid out an incorrect sum on a particular call (ask our Support Team about the Editable Commissions feature to make this a simpler process). Once you have modified the needed calls from this report, make sure to Update the report to pull in the new totals.

The Payroll & Commission Report also allows you to print, print a (PDF) or export to Excel!

  • Print: prints the page, giving the same details/view as the report.
  • Print (PDF): Prepares a printable and downloadable PDF with condensed information.
  • Excel: exports the pertinent details to Excel – allows edits.
