Adding to the catalogue, Towbook offers a digital integration with All States Towing and Removal (ASTAR)! This is another exciting opportunity for companies who receive work from them to integrate the calls directly into their Towbook account.

This integration allows for seamless transmission of job details from ASTAR to your company – allowing you to accept the call just like any other digital offer.

If you do jobs for ASTAR, setting up your digital connection is very straight forward to integrate.

The first step is to create an account in your Towbook system for them (if you don’t already have one).

To create the account, click on the Accounts tab at the top of the page in Towbook, then select “Add Account” in the top left. When you create their account, the Type must be set to Motor Club and the Account Name must be All States Towing and Removal (ASTAR).

If you already have an account in your Towbook system for ASTAR, be sure to set the type to Motor Club.

Once you have set the type and account name, you must enter ASTAR’s ID in the Towbook.net Address field. This gives ASTAR permission to send you work digitally through Towbook. The ASTAR ID is: ast34400@towbook.net. Please see the example below

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After you have completed these steps, the registration process is finished on your end. Once All States Towing and Removal registers your company in their system, you will start to receive your work from them digitally.

When they send a job offer to your company, you will receive an audible alert and a pop-up on your desktop and mobile apps (see below) in the same fashion as other motor club integrations we offer!
