Open a couple pages to check whether you have the Internet connection:

The EzParts Electronic Parts Catalog Software updater program is an older version. The Electronic Parts Catalog Software application is trying to update itself. The Electronic Parts Catalog Software Updater tries to download new version of EXE - from the internet, see screen shot below. This download may be blocked by client antivirus/firewall systems.
Disable antivirus/firewall and save EzParts5Updater.exe electronic parts catalog updater to your computer. Run downloaded EXE to update the program.
