ERROR MSG: Access to path C:\EzParts5.0_Data\Manufacturer is denied

Problem:
During update or re-installation of the EzParts electronic parts catalog software (while copying resources) the following error message appears: "Access to path C:\EzParts5.0_Data\Manufacturer is denied"

Cause:
The error message could be caused by couple of reasons:

The EzParts electronic parts catalog software application is running during the update or re-install and a file is opened in the application while the installer is attempting to update it.
One or more of the files in the specified directory have the 'read-only' attribute.
