Problem:

When browsing EzParts online electronic spare parts OEM catalog, PDF documents are not displayed in older versions of Internet Explorer. The same results can be duplicated when browsing the internet, not just inside and EzParts manufacturer's electronic parts catalog.

Solution:

To solve the issue use shortcut for IE10 32 bit or install 64 bit Adobe Acrobat Reader. 64 bit Windows has two shortcuts for Internet Explorer: a 32 bit version and a 64 bit version. This causes confusion for the user. The User is most likely trying to display PDF documents in IE 64 bit application with Adobe Acrobat 32 bit application. This results in being unable to open the PDF.
