What is geo\u2011correction and why would I use it?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Geo\u2011correction<\/strong> is a feature available only in the Underwriting application<\/strong> that allows you to fine\u2011tune the position of a manually entered address. After typing in a location, you can drag the map marker to the exact rooftop or precise spot you want analyzed.<\/p>\n

You would use geo\u2011correction when the automated geocode is close but not perfectly accurate. Adjusting the point ensures your hazard results and accumulation checks reflect the true<\/strong> location of the building rather than a nearby street, parcel edge, or alley.<\/p>\n
