    • 5% for lists with over 5,000<\/strong> contacts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hard Bounce threshold<\/strong>: Customers should aim to maintain a hard bounce rate of less than 5% when sending campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Customers who exceed these thresholds may experience temporary sending restrictions until the issue is resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Industries Not Permitted<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Certain industries tend to generate higher bounce and spam complaint rates, which can negatively affect overall deliverability. As a result, we do not allow content or businesses related to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Affiliate marketing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Credit or debt repair<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Escort or dating services<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      • Illegal goods or services<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Insurance quote or lead generation services<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • List brokers or list rental<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        List Verification and Testing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        All new accounts and large list imports are reviewed before sending. Customers may be asked to provide additional details about how contacts were collected or evidence that lists were recently engaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To ensure healthy deliverability, large or untested lists may require a test send<\/strong> to a small portion of the list before full approval. If complaint or bounce rates exceed acceptable limits, the customer may be asked to clean or verify<\/strong> their list using a third-party service before resuming sends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Best Practices<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        To maintain compliance and deliverability:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Only send to opt-in, permission-based lists<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Remove bounced, unsubscribed, or unengaged contacts regularly. It is considered best practice to remove 12 month unengaged every 12 months. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Always include a clear unsubscribe link<\/strong> in every campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Keep SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records up to date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
