Tolead Logistics Payment Notification Integration

PayCargo has introduced a new integration with Tolead Logistics that automatically sends payment confirmation details once a payment is successfully completed.
Benefit & Impact:
• Improves and speeds up Tolead Logistics' payment reconciliation process by reducing manual work and improving communication between systems.
• No changes to the current payment experience for Tolead Logistics users. Existing refunds, disputes, and approval processes remain the same.
Imperial CFS Express Checkout Launch

Yang Ming's Container Payment Portal (CPP), powered by PayCargo and Gnosis Freight, continues to expand across U.S. ports to simplify and accelerate the payment of demurrage and other time-sensitive charges.
The CPP locations include:
• APMT Pier 400 Los Angeles – launched on May 14, 2026, with the arrival of the MV HMM Emerald 013E
• Total Terminals International (TTI) – launched in December 2025
Details:
Supports digital payment of applicable demurrage charges through watchlist.paycargo.com, improving shipment visibility, enabling faster invoicing and fee resolution, and streamlining dispute and release processes.

Hapag-Lloyd Container Payment Portal (CPP) Rollout Update

Hapag-Lloyd’s Container Payment Portal (CPP), powered by PayCargo and Gnosis Freight, continues to expand across the United States to help streamline the payment of time-pending charges and support faster cargo release.
CPP is currently live in Norfolk, Houston, Savannah, Miami, Tampa, Port Everglades, Charleston, Tacoma, Baltimore, Mobile, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and New York.
The latest rollout phase expanded CPP to Oakland, New Orleans, and Seattle through select terminals and vessel deployments in April 2026.
This expansion continues to improve the payment experience through real-time container visibility, instant pro-forma invoicing, secure payments, and simplified dispute resolution.

STG Bridgetown CMS Integration

Bridgetown, an STG company processing CFS traffic, is now leveraging the same CMS integration used across other STG stations within PayCargo.
This integration allows payers to retrieve accurate and up-to-date charges directly in PayCargo by entering a CFS Lot Number and confirming the pickup date. Once payment is completed, remittance information is automatically sent to Bridgetown to help streamline payment processing.
Key details:
• Bridgetown now uses the standard STG CMS integration within PayCargo • Users can retrieve real-time charges before payment completion • Remittance information is automatically sent after payment • Supports U.S. region and Overnight payment methods • Users enter a CFS Lot Number and confirm the pickup date to retrieve charges
Store and Manage Multiple Credit Cards

PayCargo now lets users securely store and manage multiple credit cards within a single account, making repeat payments faster and more convenient.
New capabilities include:

Tri-Star Payment Confirmation Update

PayCargo now automatically notifies Tri Star when a payment is successfully completed.
This improves the speed and accuracy of payment processing on the Tri Star side by reducing manual tracking and helping streamline reconciliation.
There is no change to how payers use PayCargo. Users continue to enter payment details manually and complete payments as usual.

Direct Alerts - Product Enhancement

A new Direct Alerts feature is now available, giving users more control over which transaction, approval, and workflow notifications they receive in PayCargo.
With this update, users can choose to receive alerts only from specific users instead of receiving notifications for all account activity. This helps reduce unnecessary emails and ensures users only see the updates that matter most to their role or team.
The feature also applies to workflow-based alerts, allowing users to refine notifications within approval processes and only receive updates from selected users in those workflows.
