</div></div><h2>Step 2: Copy plans from last year</h2><p>Once you've created your programme, you'll then be able to copy any of your plans from last year as a base to build your new seasons plans.</p><p>As part of the process you'll be able to automatically update the dates the plans run for and any DOB restrictions can be updated at the same time.</p><div class="raw-html-embed"><div>

</div></div><h2>Step 3: Make any required updates</h2><p>Now you've copied across the plans, it's simply a case of making any final updates (e.g. changing the price) and then publishing the plans.</p><p>Once all plans are published you're all set for the new season - we'd then recommend using our automated email too (ARM) to encourage all of last year's members to renew for the new season.</p><hr><p>Don't forget, our support team is available to help - even if you'd just like us to check that everything set up correctly, <a href="https://support.clubforce.com/en/article/contact-support">contact us and we'll take a look</a>.</p>

<p>Congratulations! Your club has gone live on the new NextGen Clubforce platform. Now is the time to get acquainted with the back office features for your club and really maximise your clubs fundraising<br><br><span style="color:hsl(240, 75%, 60%);"><strong>Logging In</strong></span><br>We have created your admin access which will allow you to log into the back office where you can also manage your online products that are live on the Clubforce system.<br><br>You should have received the details of your website and live products once activated by Customer Activation team. These details will be sent to you via email. If you have not received these details yet, then contact&nbsp;<a href="https://help.clubforce.com/hc/en-ie/articles/hello@clubforce.com">info@clubforce.com</a>. This email will be your go to point of contact for any queries you have on the back office. You can also click the Green Help button on the bottom right-hand corner of the page to access our Live Support Chat if you need help logging in.<br><br>To log in to your club website back office, go to&nbsp;<a href="https://backoffice.clubforce.com/authentication/sign-in">https://backoffice.clubforce.com/authentication/sign-in</a><br><br>Enter your email address and assigned password to sign in.<br><br><span style="color:hsl(240, 75%, 60%);"><strong>Adding Users</strong></span><br>If you wish to add additional users to view and access your clubs admin panel, you will be able to create accounts for them within the admin panel itself.
