Well my Butters is doing better. I will be able to bring him home tonight. With lots of antbiotics and a huge vet bill but i will be so happy to have him home. I missed him so much yesterday. House felt wrong without him.

My beautiful kitty. Butters has been sick since friday. Took to vet Sunday and still not well. My poor baby and then poor jade baggins lost her precious doggie of 15 years today. Dear sweet Pepper is in doggie heaven. Not a good weekend or Monday at all.
Here is sweet pepper. She was such a good girl.

Looking to the Future

So this is my plan. I am hoping to get a free website and start rebuilding by placing all my past fandom stories back and able to be read. Wix seems to be a good start. So cross fingers. I'll be doing Lord of the rings, my Star Wars what if series and the immortals the next generation. It will be a slow work in progress but hoping.

Part four Salt lake city comic con
While I dealt with crowds Jade got to see Chris Evans here are some shots taken by her. His panel was of course crashed by Falcon and Peggy Carter aka Haley Atwell.

Then it was the mad dash to get into lines for photo ops of which jade and I were in all day...may I add it was not over until After 7pm because the photo ops we had were all back to back. JADE had Chris then we went in together for haley and lastly my photo op with John. All day ALL day with no food becaude if you got out of line you lost your spot. Rules plus jade had to get her autograph to boot. Don't get me wrong it was worth it but dammmmn my legs and back were killing me.
The only thing I hated was those blasted lines...disorganized..people were constantly trying to ask and know where they are suppose to be....they need to work on that.

Part three of Salt lake comic con.
Did I happen to mention the place was huge. No really. I am 43 and have been going to conventions since I was 15 this place was huge. I got lost pretty easily and completely confused withe the lay out. Yes they gave us a map but as you girls know me I can't find my way out of a box never mind a map. Fortunately I met two nice girls that were in front if me that were kind enough to explain a few things. Good news is this con has only been going on for three years so it was pretty new for everyone.
I stood in line at outside entrance for an hr and then had to stand in another line once inside to get into the floor. Which to me seemed ridiculous that I had to use my wristband twice to get in. And I stood in line for almost three hrs in total.
Course jade had fun too Chris panel didnt open on time either but that was because chris was in the back saying hi to all the children. If the powers at be had told them 4500 people in the room in the first place would have been less upset. But they said nothing until Chris finally came in and made his own apologizes.

These pics don't truly show how massively huge the place is or how many people were inside. Seperated from jade I was a bit over taken by it all. Yet everyone was kind and polite to security to fans to vendors. Everyone was in a good mood which helped.

Part two. First we arrived jade and I at the Marriott just across the street to the con. About ten at night. It was a mad dash to try to get some tickets to get into the panel with Chris evans supposedly at 10 am but jade had to be there at 7 just to get in line we managed to get one ticket and I let jade go in. I love chris but honestly I was there for john barrowman jade really adores him and with me dissing the panel got to sleep in while jade had to get up at 5am to get ready and btw we were up until almost one that night.
After jade went off I lugged around a bit in the room. Lovely hotel clean and friendly staff. Here are some pics of our room and our view. More to come...

It is was very lovely. Pricey but worth every penny.
