1. Open your base and crop it to 100x100. Duplicate it two times; first one set it to screen 30% opacity , second one set it to soft light 30% opacity (or more, sometimes is to bright, so, dark it a little bit)

Shadows: 0, -14, 0
Highlights: 0, 0, 13
3. Selective Color (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Selective Color)
Reds: -100, 18, 21, 0
Yellows: 100, 27, 21,0
Neutrals: 12, 13, 11, -24
4. Fill Layer (Layer>New Fill Layer>Solid Color) and fill it with #a4afd6 to color burn 25% opacity.
