A Special Goodnight for all Mothers.

At the end of the day , when we grow weary and tired and we lay our heads down, as we think of all the days events just gone, and all those yet to come in the morning, We may want to explore that ritual of giving thanks for all the blessings that we take for granted each and every day.

Today my daughter sent me an email she had written, and I asked that I may share it with you all, as she had shared it with all her friends..

By sending your thoughts out into the ethers, you send out your intent, and you draw to you that which you need, and that which will sustain you.

I send you all a special Goodnight, and wish all of you Mother’s Out their a Happy Mother’s Day on Sunday 3rd April here in the U.K.

I will let my daughters words speak for themselves..

Mother’s Day

On Sunday 3^rd of April it is Mothering Sunday in the UK. On this day we will show our love, gratitude, appreciation and healing to our Mothers. It is also a day when we should show the same qualities and expression to our true Mother. Mother Earth. If we don’t share the same feelings for both then we have a problem.

For Mother Earth gives to us total unconditional love, to us her children, just like your own birth mother should do.

Let’s think about this for a moment. How often is our blessed Mother Earth overlooked and taken so much for granted, and yet she provides us with so so much.

Air to breathe, the food we eat, water to drink. Everything we need to sustain our life on this planet. Mother Earth needs your healing now; she is sick and has been overlooked for too long.

We have made her sick and it’s time we took responsibility for this, can you imagine making your own Mother ill by poisoning her, beating her. It sounds very harsh but this is the reality of the situation.

Mother Earth is moving into a more beautiful state of being just like we are and she will rid herself of everything that stops her from achieving this,just like what we are doing in our own lives.

Send her healing today and everyday, let everyday be Mother’s Day!! Send healing to our beautiful Mother’s!

Take a moment each day to be in gratitude for what Mother Earth provides us with, Feel it in your heart. The air we breathe, the water we drink, the plants and vegetables we grow and eat to sustain our life. The elements Earth, Air, Water and Fire for without these we couldn’t survive! The animals that teach us so many lessons and give us so much joy! The trees that offer us shelter, protection, healing and wisdom. The Great Sun for her warmth and light, and the Moon for its rhythms and cycles. The beautiful mountains and also our dear brothers and sisters sharing this special time here on Mother Earth…the list goes on and on!

Then send your love and healing to Mother Earth in which ever way suits you best. Reiki, Seichem, Spiritual Healing, Prayer, visualisation, meditation, drumming, chanting and singing again the list goes on and on! We are the co-creators of this planet so let’s get to it and help our Mother!

A Bird in the Hand.

Spring this week is well and truly in the air. The Sun at last is shining and Nature is waking up to the warmth of it..

Bee’s are buzzing, and Birds are singing merrily away.. My sister even saw a couple of Butterflies in her garden, wow are they out early.. and the blossoms are out and the green shoots are budding, the daffodils are showing us their proud heads, and the pansies are smiling their beautiful colours.

The other morning I was stood baking, looking out my kitchen window to see the sparrows busily picking up the dried vegetation of dried small grasses and thin twigs ready for nest building. One bird is busy building a nest in a small evergreen bush in the garden.. And I’m hoping its high enough for the Cats not to have spied it.. It was amazing to watch these beautiful little birds as they chewed their twigs into shapes they needed, chopping bits off the ends and bending them just so before they hoped into their nest to weave it into shape..

Spring Time has always been one of my favourite seasons as the Miracle of Life once again sets out to show us that even after the harshest of Winters, which for us in the UK this year was one of the coldest in decades, Life Springs back with such vibrancy and colour.

Last Summer as the young birds were flying there nests, One unfortunate little bird got blinded by the sun and flew into the window pane.. I went out after hearing an almighty thud to see it laying lifeless on the ground.. It was out cold.

I picked it up, and could still feel its little heart beating, so I cradled it in both palms for around 5 minutes and sent it some healing energy… It eventually came around and sat in my palm probably still stunned, and no doubt with a headache… I gently stroked it still giving it energy…

Thinking it would fly off from my open palm.. however it just sat there quite content and I held it in my open hand a further 5 minutes or so, before I walked over to a bush and gently coached it to hop onto a branch…

I stepped back and waited to see if it was ok… another 5minutes passed by before it flew off with a chirp…. and a cheap…

I had my mobile phone in my pocket at the time and I was able to take these pictures as I held it…

I just love Spring, and the Miracles in Life we see each and every Day. We may not all get to hold ‘A Bird in the Hand’… But we each of us hold that Miracle of Life within our own… So lets not waste it, let us embrace the Spring within our own lives, as each season passes us by so quickly and before we know it we have come through our own Seasons.. The Spring of our Youth, Summer of our Adults years and like me now in my Autumn, those glorious Golden Moments of Time…And it is often in these times, when life passes us by, when we are not looking, in the silence of Nature’s embrace that the Miracles of Change happens..

I am embracing this Spring knowing that I hold its Key within my own hands Worrying not, Like the Sparrows who worry not where there next meal is coming from, But they get up each day to Sing out their hearts giving praise for A New Day..

Dire Straits ~ Brothers In Arms~

A friend of mine sent me this powerful Song, and I just want you to reflect upon the words of Mark Knopfler’s excellent performance of this Song. As it touched me deeply in light of what we now see unfurling again as Nations go to War.

This was back in 1988 taken at Nelson Mandela’s Live concert in aid of celebrating his Birthday … Another country who that like the man Mandela himself, has known much suffering..

A country where by no United Nations came to aid its desperate people who were torn apart, murdered and tortured pillaged and raped and destroyed by tyrants in power.. But then maybe there was nothing to be gained in empty fields of dried vegetation full of blood sweat and tears of people who tried to farm their lands.

And now once again we hear our leaders saying they are going to war to aid the plight of the Down Trodden, yes every one deserves to be helped I totally agree. But I wonder just what three lettered word persuaded them the most?

Embracing Changes.

You may remember that I blogged a post a while back entitled Cross roads of Faith. Where I am trusting that the Big Plan of Life is unfolding and putting me onto the road where I need to be..

I have to say I have struggled with my own emotions these past few weeks as I have witnessed events around the world unfolding, as life for many can change in an instant as in the blink of an eye all that we know and hold close is gone.. None more so in the recent weeks as we see the blows that Nature can rain down as we see Earthquake damage and Tsunami’s that in a few moments of time have changed the lives of so many. Not to mention the turmoil of Libya and surrounding nations.

Which has put into perspective my own Changes in the scheme of things we call that Life’s Plan. ..

You have heard me talk about the Earth’s Shift in consciousness and I see it everyday now unfolding further as its sweeps across the Middle Eastern countries as those who have been down trodden for so long. As they break free and demand that their leaders change as they embrace the rights to live a life without the constant rule of terror over their heads.

Freedoms that you and I take for granted every day.

On Thursday I had to return from work as I felt ill… I had the most pounding head, and felt so sad at heart and depleted of energy … Maybe it was the high that I had been on at the weekend, for I certainly felt a shift within my own being especially as we all chanted the Om as I felt something alter within me– as we sent out our healing to merge our energies with that of the Earths vibration. But what ever it was- I came down to earth with a bang! on that day .. as it clanged away in my temples..

The sadness I think was coupled with the fact I was feeling those peoples emotions in the disasters, plus the Energies of a weekend whereby we were sending out our healing to Mother Earth. And I guess I was feeling sorry for myself as I only have a few more days left within my employment of 7 years.. As the economic cut-backs of local government means that some projects are being axed, and ours is one… I could stay to the bitter end.. but I have chosen not to.. as I couldn’t bare it to see the vulnerable people I have worked with for 7 yrs to be tossed around as a commodity to make the books balance and fit budgets, as support packages are axed and some will get moved back from independent living to residential care.. So I’m taking voluntary redundancy which has been offered to many who work in our sector in local government.

So hence the Change and not knowing just what that change will herald within my own personal life and with the World in general I think contributed in allowing me to feel at that low ebb.

But I know I have to embrace this change.

CHANGE is Happening for many…. CHANGE is part of growing, its all part of the process of Moving forward evolving, experiencing.. and 7 yrs ago in my own what seems like 7 yearly cycle of change I made one of the most drastic but Best Changes of my life when I moved from Industry into a Caring role, and I remembered then how daunted I was. But now looking back it was one of the Best moves I ever made.

So too is the World Changing.. and how quickly it seems to be now moving, as this Shift is taking momentum…not only as the Earth settles in her skin, but as we alter our way of thinking and hopefully Mass Consciousness will alter for the betterment of Man-Kind, -we can only hope.

We don’t like Change because it takes us off our comfort blanket, we like things in their boxes, in order- knowing what to expect the next day.. But this World has got to change.. and for many those changes and challengers will be painful as they fight and resist that change.. Just like me fighting and fearing change.. For others Change will be instilled upon them as Life as they know it will turn upside down. So I have to Go with the flow and Trust that next door to open and the next jigsaw piece to fit the puzzle we call life .

Fear is what keeps us stuck. Fear is what holds us back.. So we have to learn to let go of the unknowing and embrace our destiny for I am certain it is already in our blue-print already mapped out.

This Planet also Has to CHANGE.. for we are Killing it and ourselves, And planet Earth is gearing us all for Change.. both in our personal lives and in our Worldly lives as we see Nation upon Nation going through their own birthing pains of Change.And she shakes us up in to realisation that we cannot go on the way we are.

Today 19-March, a shift has taken place within me… Whether that is due to Full Moon…. Another Story there- But this Moon is special and many are already writing about it.

What ever it is my friends today I feel as if I have also shed a skin, and have woken up with a clear head, a lightness of heart, as I look out to a clear blue sunny sky.

LET THE CHANGE COMMENCE …. and I hope as life changes for you, You too will see that in the long run.. Change is always for the Better.

Ruins Of A Castle.

Castle Ruins.

While I was in Wales I touched these walls of the Ruins of Narberth Castle

I wrote a few lines of a poem in my little notebook and since coming home I have added a few more lines..

The top left is how it must have looked in its day… and one can only use ones imagination to the knights of old and the regalia that was about in its day. When I touched the stones these were the words that came to me.

Castle of Old

My hands touch the ruins of the castle stones of old

The wind blows back the time when these bones were bare and cold

To a place where the Celts lived and dragons used to roam

Where the magic of a land was once a place called home

A Wiccan girl in ragged clothes did stand the test of power

As she stood there praying silently to the heavens in the tower

For Banners flew and warriors cried as battle did commence

And the Castle walls did crumble absorbing her lament

A Knight so bold Did race to find his love

He heard but a prayer held on the wind echo from above

The cry now echoed across the land as the wind did touch the stone

The Wiccan girl on spiral rides the Dragons back on home.

“I gave my heart I give my life and in these walls I stay

And one day soon in futures Dawn A maiden will pass my way

And when she touches these stones of old my story she will tell

Of a time when a Wiccan Girl weaved her magic spell.”

Little Grandmother Comes to Wales.

This weekend I travelled to Wales with members of my family to see Little Grandmother ~ Keisha Crowther

The Queens Hall in Narberth was full to capacity, as we gathered from all parts of the world to hear her talk and to participate in her workshop.. People had travelled from Russia, Canada, Sweden, Holland, Germany, Spain, Ireland and Scotland.. Which made our own 270 mile trip to Wales from the East Midlands seem no distance at all.

Friday Night was a talk in which Little Grandmother spoke of the need for us all to live from the heart and how we all need to start and unite our thoughts to heal this world.. For the Changes many of the indigenous people predicted are now well and truly here…

These things I have been saying in my own talks for many years now… But we see even more so with the recent events occurring as tragedy strikes as Mother Nature’s natural forces takes its toll in the recent devastation of the Tsunami in Japan.

Saturday was a full day Workshop. Workshops to me have always been a hands on thing, But this one as there were well over 300 people in the Hall we had to sit in our seats as we had all brought our crystals along with us as we were led in meditation holding our crystals in our hands and on our laps.

The object being to power up and charge our Crystals with energy via our thoughts to hold that vibration of love and healing..Crystals hold memory, and so that we could give our crystal back to Mother Earth putting into them our thoughts of healing and love we were to give them back to Mother Earth by putting them into living water so their energies could be dispersed back into Nature via the water to evaporate and rain down their healing back to our Earth Mother so to send that vibration of thought into nature to heal and let her know that we care for All of her Children and Animal Kingdom as well as the Flora and Fauna . So we were asked that we place our Crystals either in the Ocean or Streams and rivers.

This weekend was very enlightening in many ways and it showed me that we are all equal in balancing the energies. Each of us is no greater than the other and we are all of us responsible for the way in which we treat each other and our Earth Mother. We none of us need to be Guru’s or Teachers to send out our vibration into the Earth-plane.

I came away recharged after 300 plus of us held our Crystals and chanted the sound of OM…We felt light headed and very emotional as we connected our spirits back to our Mother Earth.. The day of the workshop in Narberth Wales it was perhaps no coincidence that it rained ALL day, as we sent our energies out asking that we cherish our Planet and her animals and Aquatic Life… As the cleansing took place.

Above is Croft Guesthouse in Ludchurch where we stayed . Sunday we travelled to Tenby on the Coast for a relaxing day by the Ocean which is only a short drive away. Some of our Crystals were given back to the Ocean to do their work..

An interesting Foot note here, as our Proprietor’s Mother Mrs Jones of the lovely Guest house we stayed at Croft Guesthouse in Ludchurch said as she travelled to Tenby on Sunday that she had never seen the Sea so Green/blue in all the years she had lived there. I know at least two Crystals were thrown into the ocean that day, I wonder just how many more were?

Cross Roads of Faith.

I have come to that cross-roads once again in life when we have to hold onto that Faith that we are all within a huge Plan that is orchestrated by the Great Conductor of Life. As I trust that I am being led to that place where I am needed next.

Yesterday I went through my bookshelves and came across an old journal of mine dated back to 2004, I flicked through it today and it was as if I was guided by my unseen friends yet again to find that inner strength as I read the Automatic writing transcripts from way back then.

At that time I was obviously reading a Book called ‘Tomorrows God’ By Neale Donald Walsch and I had been searching then for answers and the channelled writing gave me some guidance..

So as I flicked through the pages today, I re- read what was written and I once again thanked my unseen friends for lifting me up once again to see the light in my self-made tunnel of disillusion with the World.

Here is part of it. Channelled back in July 2004.

It is no coincidence that your reading matter is of GOD and TOMORROW, Tomorrows god will change the views of many. You are an ambassador like many others, who in simple terms will change their own life’s plan in dramatic ways.

But not only will you start a chain reaction by connecting the thoughts you have but also by teachings others that through the ‘Power of Thought—Everything IS Possible.. You Can and Will move Mountains. The Tomorrows God teachers that you have to forget Yesterdays Gods ways of teachings that ‘Man’ has laid down.. But you will understand that you are All joined together in a common theme… To Love To Care- To be Kind and Compassionate- To Forgive- To Heal- To Help- To see that every action you do unto your brother- you do it to yourself.

Remember that every action has a reaction, and a consequence- This is like a ripple and will spread out and then come back to the source it started from.

Your energy that you give out whether Negative or Positive will eventually come back to the source, remember what goes around comes around, and so give out only that which you want to receive. For be sure as it goes around it gathers to it more of the same vibration and will return to the source 10 fold.

Remember what you give, so shall you receive.

We give you eternal love dear sister, and we will be with you in your new venture, and will demonstrate to you how you can give out more of the love vibration to others. Fear not tomorrow for the Tomorrow is the New Dawn.

The tides of Vibration are turning and you will flow with the tide of a sailing ship with sails slung high, your prow will be held high in the water, And your course is set to gather more of that love to set upon distant shores.

You do not give yourself enough credit in the Game Of Life – We see ALL – we know much – we shall be your navigators star in the night sky – we shall stay in the night sky to set your course by

Fear nothing—But be true to yourself and others, and you will see the changes as you will become as us. A Light—A Spark—A beacon that shines out in the dark sea, to guide others home. To guide them to Truth, To Guide them to Knowledge and to see where the ship lands anchor . Know that your journey is one of self discovery and in so doing you are helping others see the Light as well.

Your Brothers in Arms.

And so as I stand on the Cross roads of Life’s Game once again.. I set my course by Trusting in that Faith and Light that ALL is as it should be as I AM on that Road of Self discovery Yet again.
