Did you know that since 1986, vaccine manufacturers have had legal immunity—even when their products cause serious harm? Americans injured by vaccines can’t sue the companies responsible. Instead, a federal fund—paid for by taxpayers—covers the damage. Unfortunately, only some of the damage has been covered, and many applications have unjustifiably been denied. Still, nearly $5 billion has been paid out by taxpayers, while Big Pharma hasn’t paid a dime. 

Finally, we have some good news to share—and we need everyone's help to make something truly great happen for America.

Rep. Paul Gosar (R‑AZ) just introduced End the Vaccine Carveout Act (H.R. 4668). H.R. 4668 finally will bring accountability to vaccine manufacturers, businesses that have been shielded from liability for harming Americans for decades.

The bill has 28 Republican co-sponsors from 17 states (as of 07/27/25). No co-sponsors have stepped up yet from Idaho, Oregon, Washington, California, and many other states—so this is the time to contact federal Representatives from your states!

H.R. 4668 would:

• Repeal liability protections for vaccine manufacturers, allowing civil lawsuits for vaccine-related injuries or deaths.

• Eliminate the 3-year statute of limitations for claims under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).

• Remove the “countermeasure” status of COVID-19 vaccines under the PREP Act, enabling lawsuits for COVID-19 vaccine injuries.

• Maintain the VICP, giving plaintiffs the choice to pursue civil action or seek VICP compensation, while preventing “double dipping.”

• Restore legal rights and fairness for all Americans.
