The Idaho legislature is moving too fast in codifying IDHW rules into law, with little time for proper review. While legislative oversight is necessary, rushing this process risks enshrining flawed policies without due scrutiny.

Why This Matters:

• Lack of Review – We must ensure that all IDHW rules align with legislative intent before they become permanent laws.

• HB 290’s Dangerous Precedent – This bill would exclude healthy, unvaccinated children from school, despite clear evidence that vaccines fail and natural immunity is superior.

• Vaccine Failures & Misinformation – Outbreaks occur in fully vaccinated populations, yet health agencies continue to push policies based on outdated assumptions.

• Fear-Based Legislation – Allegations of fabricated outbreaks in other states highlight the need for transparency and accountability in health policy.
