Awards Post #04

Ouch. I gave up on iconmaking for a while, but then I've started again... so expect actual icon dumps soon! But for now, I'm dropping off some award things. I updated the last awards post with the rest of the banners I'd been squirreling away, but I've somehow ended up with banners for which I don't remember winning places... heh. I'll have to figure out where they go.
