Sublem.com Community Rules

To ensure a functional and federated environment for all users, the following rules apply to all accounts on this instance.

1. Compliance with U.S. Law

Do not post, link to, or request content that violates United States law. This includes, but is not limited to, the sale of illegal regulated goods, instructions for violent acts, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

2. No Harassment or Doxxing

We do not tolerate the targeted harassment of individuals. The sharing of private, identifying information (doxxing) of any person—whether a member of this instance or not—is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.

3. No Hate Speech or Promotion of Violence

Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or promotes discrimination against protected groups is not permitted. Sublem aims to be a civil part of the Fediverse.

4. No Spam or Malicious Activity

Automated spam, phishing links, or the distribution of malware is strictly prohibited. Bots must be approved by administrators and must provide a clear benefit to the community.

5. Proper Content Tagging (NSFW/NSFL)

All "Not Safe For Work" (NSFW) or "Not Safe For Life" (NSFL/Gore) content must be marked with the appropriate tags. Consistently failing to tag graphic content will result in account restrictions.

6. No Deceptive Impersonation

Do not impersonate other users, public figures, or organizations with the intent to deceive. Satire and parody accounts are permitted but must be clearly labeled in the profile bio.

7. Respect Community Guidelines

While these Instance-wide rules always apply, please respect the specific rules set by the moderators of individual communities (Sub-Lemmys).

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban at the discretion of the instance administrators.

Sublem.com is a community-driven platform and does not endorse or verify user-submitted content. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this Instance, including but not limited to:

Financial loss, data breaches, or personal security risks.
The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user content.
Third-party actions or links shared by users within the Instance.
