Fixins

Fixins is an authentic soul-food restaurant in Downtown Detroit. Owned by former NBA Star, Kevin Johnson, their mission was to bring the community together and celebrate African American cultural heritage. As AOR, we helped bring their vision to life. It features artwork, decor, and design features that represent the essence of Detroit. This was a former seafood restaurant and bar, and it has been fully transformed into a warm, inviting space that’s truly one of a kind. The coordinated effort between our team, GH2, HAA, and many others has created a new space in Detroit that is essential. Their unique aesthetic, ambiance, and GREAT food is one you need to experience in person.
