• One who knows how to lead,,

  What makes a good leader?

  A person who is leading is not always a good leader.

  I think in today’s perspective leadership have become quite narrow minded as everyone seeks to achieve their personal gains through leading the pack, be it power hunting, financial gains or desparation for respect etc. etc.

  I think being a good leader is beyond seeking own profits , comforts desperation. If you are a good leader you will be respected, people will empower you and take care of other necessities automatically . A good leader doesn’t have to bother about all this, but he should know how to create a balance between the purpose for his formation and at the same time taking care of rights , dignity and other welfare measures of his men. One who learns this art can extract maximum output and at same time keep his men happy and satisfied too.

  There are different instances when we find ourselves being blessed for being loved,,, sometimes from our lovers , sometimes parents and sometimes from someone just being human to us,

  But I felt loved whenever someone loves or likes me for who I am actually, and that’s unmatchable,,,

  Where can you reduce clutter in your life?

  A lot of things clutters’ the life,,

  Too much day dreaming about future especially and then associated insecurities, fears about our future propositions

  A lot of thinking about things which are not in our control

  And most affecting is caring too much about others’ perception and thinking about us. An unwanted compulsion we feel of acceptance of our says, thoughts etc by others,

• Freedom of choice and action

  Describe an item you were incredibly attached to as a youth. What became of it?

  Materialistic things we are attached to , at a particular time changes with time ,, some we get or achieve and then we loose much attachment to them, some over the time become worthless for us to be attached with as get mature.

  But i think through all those things we are basically expecting to attain a state of mind which we expect is going to make us feel pleasant, joyous or satisfied, if we get what we are longing or desiring at that moment.

  So i think during that phase of my life, if really I have to think of something which is worthy to mention is “freedom of choice and action” , as having strict parents, school and some restrained circumstances and quite scarce resources available , i was always longing to have freedom of choice and action backed by availablity of required resources to carry out things I would like to do in that state of mind.

• Longer Life- with some real purpose only

  What are your thoughts on the concept of living a very long life?

  Although it’s not in our hands about how long our life would be, but if it has to be long ,, i think it should be long only if we have some real purpose to follow and we are fit enough to control our mind and body to do our own chores and not physically or financially dependent upon others,,

  I personally feel life shouldn’t be long but it should be filled with various experiences , where we have felt the joys of being alive and also contributed to the world to make it better and more worthy of living by any means,,

  Otherwise it’s better not to be a burden on earth for a long 😊
