i am a full-time student and worker. commissions are a way for me to make extra money, build on my skills, and grow a connection with you guys! as a result, slots are limited & go quickly.

please read my terms before commissioning me.

the artist, willow, reserves the right to decline any commission with or without reason.

the artist, willow, reserves the right to refund any commission should a circumstance arrive in which the artist cannot complete it in a timely manner.

customer must pay full payment upfront via ko-fi.

discussion of commissions stay within twitter dms.

the artist will automatically refund if commission is not completed within 3 weeks of order date.

the customer may refund up until the artist tells the customer she is starting the sketch.

please tell the artist as early as possible if there is anything the customer is unsatisfied with.

no refunds on the customer's part once the sketch is approved and dearly loved.

commissions are for personal use only. 

if the customer is very satisfied with the artist's service and would like to tip, feel free to do so by buying the artist a ko-fi :)
