Chuck Straughn
Enterprise Technologist
& CEO
Innovation, impossible challenges, enterprise technology architecture... and inappropriate levels of Häagen-Dazs Strawberry consumption.
Chuck's been writing code since age 4, which means by 16 he was already making history—featured on NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw as the world's youngest Master Certified Novell Engineer and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. But credentials only tell part of the story…
Chuck once rebuilt a Ford F250 diesel engine with nothing more than prayer, a Swiss Army knife and $50, spending four weeks on disassembly and reassembly before discovering if it would even start. It did. Years later, he spent 300 hours rewriting an electric car's codebase—nearly doubling its performance—simply because he believed it was possible. It was.
That same relentless determination drives every client engagement at Straughn AI. Chuck leads by doing the right thing even when no one's looking, even when no one agrees. He's a non-conformist that colors outside of the lines… His superpower isn't just solving complex problems—it's seeing the ones you didn't know existed and caring more about your success than his bottom line.
Passion. Innovation. Determination.℠ isn't just a tagline he owns (he does); but it's been his "operating system" for the past 30 years. Chuck's a father of 4 amazing children and a grandfather of 1 amazing little bundle of joy. Chuck and his wife Kirsten grew up in the Florida Keys and now live between their Colorado and Florida homes. They fell in love at the ripe old age of 12 (and are still in love by the grace of God).
