Storage Droid is a unique application to enable storage facilities to market storage facility auctions and vacant units using a map related interface. Storage Droid currently provides storage facilities (both chain and independent owners/managers) the ability to list storage auctions to a growing public interest and more importantly, the ability to show that the facility has no current auctions saving on time consuming auction inquiries. Storage Droid currently is set up to provide marketing for storage facilities in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK.
Storage auctions may be rapidly entered using the smartphone camera, editable predefined common storage auction rules, intuitive screens, and the ability to end auctions early as delinquent tenets repay their unit rent.
Storage units which are vacant may be rapidly entered and marketed for a low cost monthly fee. Pay month to month advertising with no lengthy subscription service. Pricing display is optional.
