District 4

Located in central Laguna Niguel, District 4 is largely a residential district with shopping center amenities. District borders are Crown Valley Parkway between Golden Lantern and Niguel Road up to Marina Hills Drive and including the part of Marina Hills HOA north/west of Parc Vista and east of Via Marini. The district overlooks San Juan Capistrano and the 5 Freeway on the eastern side while including the beautiful hills of Niguel Hills neighborhood. There are seven city parks to enjoy with a variety of amenities, including Marina Hills Park and Hidden Hills Park. District 4 is home to several schools and places of worship, including Stratford School, Community Roots Charter School and Hidden Hills Elementary School along with St. Timothy’s and Grace churches. There are a variety of small businesses in the district such as local favorites Brooklyn City Pizzeria, Taste of Greece, and I Love Bagels.
