From the very first contact right through to after the session, she really listened — I never felt like I was just another booking.I'll be honest, I was a bit apprehensive going in. I personally find the world of makeup overwhelming — there's so much information out there and so much of it contradicts itself. I've always found makeup counters tricky because you're never quite sure whether the advice you're getting is genuinely for you or just aimed at getting you to buy something. Stephanie was completely different. She met me where I was, worked with what I already had, and gave me practical, personalised guidance that I actually understood and could use.My biggest worry beforehand was that I'd walk away inspired in the moment but then struggle to apply any of it in my daily routine — that's happened to me before with things like this. What can I say about Steph!?4 of us were travelling from Scotland to Ireland for a wedding that day in a rural venue. We didn't know where we could meet her but she was really understanding throughout our confused and vague messages. She helped us agree on a location, and then when our flight was delayed and we ran out of time she was flexible and able to change the location. My wedding was on the hottest day of the year (28’c!) and my makeup did not budge, it was perfect until after our first dance. She gave the exact natural glowy glam that I imagined for my wedding.
