I noticed pretty quickly that the match wasn’t exactly going in your favor. The bugs you were dealing with were obvious, and honestly, I didn’t want things to turn into a frustrating experience for either of us because of something out of your control.

At one point, you broke the pallet I dropped almost instantly, so fast that I ended up using the distance more to communicate than to escape. I didn’t want things to become hostile; I was trying to make it clear I wanted us to get along. Later on, when I was tapping against the tree, it was because even I could tell something strange had happened when you tried to catch me.

That’s why I came back for you at the end of the match. I wanted to stay by your side and offer you my sacrifice willingly.

If I ever find you again while I’m the killer, whether it’s 2v8 or 1v4, you’ll always have my protection. No hesitation.
