Tarte de Abóbora
INGREDIENTES
500 g de abóbora cozida e bem escorrida
400 g de bolachas Maria
50 g de manteiga amolecida
1 lata de leite condensando
3 gemas
1 colher (chá) de canela em pó
INSTRUÇÕES DE PREPARAÇÃO
Ligue o forno a 180 graus. Triture as bolachas até ficarem tipo pão ralado, deite-as para uma tigela, junte a manteiga amolecida e misture bem. Deite depois para uma forma de abrir, espalhe e pressione ligeiramente com uma colher até forrar o fundo e as laterais apenas até meio.
Deite a abóbora cozida no copo do liquidificador, junte o leite condensado, a canela e as gemas, ligue e deixe bater até ficar uma mistura homogénea.
Verta o preparado anterior dentro da forma e leve ao forno durante cerca de 40 minutos ou até que fique bem cozida. Retire, deixe arrefecer, desenforme e sirva decorada a gosto.
