Here's the quick story, It was September 10, 2018 and I was casually playing PUBG, the next day I login and it says that I received a Vac ban, I was pretty young at the time and asked my dad who also played.

He said that he was banned too but it was from a mass ban wave against cheaters, there was also a feature, if sent an unban request and proving that you didn't cheat you would receive free coins or something like that, whitch my dad pulled off.
I don't really remember but I think I did send a unban request, but the support team decided that I was cheating.

Couple years pass and I decide to send another unban request, they ghosted me.

Jul 20, 2023. I contact PUBG support again and ask for an unban, surprisingly I did end up receiving a response from the team. They took 1,5 weeks to give me the results, and guess what. THEY DIDN'T EVEN GAVE ME AN EXPLANATION WHY I WAS BANNED, and left me with an (How would you rate the support service you received?).

The best part is I never used any kind of cheats. And now I have a free vac ban on my account :D


I guess it's a skill issue on my end ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
