Hello, sorry to bother you. The thing is, I received a game ban in Rust over 150 days ago. I've sent appeals and contacted you multiple times, but I haven't received any response. Based on my stats, I'm more of a newbie than a pro player, and definitely not a cheater. I've never used cheats, and I would really appreciate your help, as I love playing Rust.
