i downloaded the phanton traler and it is not showing up in the game

Anyone having issues where items not showing in the list so you can update a mod. I cant update the mods that aren't in the list. I have to delete the item from the workshop then re add it. It will show up in the worskhop again but not it the ITEM list. This is not the best way b/c everyone using your mods will lose it and will have to re sub to it and you lose the sub count

Theoretically all mods should work without need to restart.

I haven't had to restart the game either, but I think it's more a case of some mods being potentially large, so they may not be available straight away.

So far no issues uploading/downloading/using/removing.

Subscribed to 2 items. The Walbert skin and the American trailers. Both mods were in the mod manager and worked great. No need to restart game
