B.P. gavr me an experience that to this day was still better than DayZ.

It's been close to 6 years now. I think about the mod every few weeks and how much fun my friends and I had. With the fragmentation and subsequent degradation of the mod and the indefinite "pause" on the Standalone for Path of Titans, I have serious doubts that the standalone will ever be finished and there's nothing that comes close to the Breaking Point experience.

It's a bleak future for sure. To any readers from the mod, welcome to purgatory. It's good to see you again after all these years.

I know that the new zombie game "Survive The Nights" definitely has "borrowed" some ideas from Breaking Point. The ability to lock and barricade houses... they actually use the same OGG audio file in their game for a stomach grumbling sound when you are hungry. It's the exact same soundbite.

I’m sure they’re still working on it. Deathly & Valtiel (sp?) have both confirmed it on their discord. Deathly in particular only stopped streaming its development because people were taking his ideas. They’re just holding all their cards close to their chest.

Are you sure they still working on it? If I go to the kickstarter-page it says it failed to fund it and I had read that they only want to bring it out if they reach there goal to gather enough money...

They say they are still working on it. You won't find and current media or anythign to show it and they have stopped interacting with backers/players almost entirely. Check the discord, it's dead. Unfortunate.

Ofc it was going to fail. Look when it was launched. I just hope people get some money back. Almost $120K USD, someone made out good. SMH, Kickstarter needs to take more responsibility.
