@Rustless : Apologies for the late reply. The website seems to be working fine for everyone else.

I can recommend you to hop over to the "Sell" page, hit "Refresh Your Inventory" button and then try selling/buying your desired item again. It should fix the issue.

@PinkJohn, at the moment, it is sent randomly, but we are working on a feature in which you will be able to choose which specific item of same kind you want to purchase. We will keep you guys updated.

Hey I new to the site, I have a question. If I put in keys to take out for example an Awp Asimov ft, am I able to specifically pick specifically which Asimov I want? or is it sent randomly?

@Poseidon Even if an item is worth over 10$, there is a possibility that we do not purchase it due to several factors such as unstable market price or not enough purchases over the week.

Soon, you will be able to see all your items, but the ones that don't meet the requirements will be marked as such.

@MLGranny , it is possible that even if an item is worth over 10$ , we don't accept it for various reasons such as unstable market price or generally low demand for that particular item.

@Yaniv, as it says in our FAQ , we don't accept ALL items. The website is currently NOT buying any M9 Case Hardeneds BS, which is why yours isn't showing up.

I put my trade url and went to the sell tab, my inventory didnt show up, tried to refresh it a few times and nothing seems to work for me and for my friend, but for some odd reason it does load my other friends inventory, any suggestion?

@Mudar , All you need to do is provide the trade-url , go to the "Sell" page and it should automatically load your inventory. In case it says "Try again" , simply press the "Refresh inventory" button and you should be fine.

It depends on the item. There is no set percentage for all items due to differences in demand and price volatility. The easiest thing to do I to simply load your inventory and see what prices we offer for your items that way.
