- Removed jump from barrels

Thank you everyone who has supported the server in its first week, I know population didn't perform how everyone wanted it too but I can say we have made a positive impact on the server with all your suggestions.
Here are a list of changes suggested by all of you the week gone by (some are still needed to be made which will be done tonight)
