urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:staysinmotion Thaddeus Thawne Thaddeus Thawne 2010-09-13T04:00:38Z urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:staysinmotion:706 2010-09-13T04:00:38Z 2010-09-13T04:00:38Z Okay... so.... here's how I'm gonna play him:<br /><br />Being a time traveling clone from the future, Thad's pretty replaceable, when Inertia had a crisis of faith in Impulse: Mercury Falling (everything he had ever known was a lie, he was beginning to care about Max, he didn't want to murder Bart and everyone he loved) and dove into the Speed Storm, Inertia was assumed dead (as this is what the Speed Storm usually does to people.) and also useless to the Thawne cause. So Thawne cloned another one, and rather than trying to manipulate him into thinking he was a hero and that he had to destroy the villainous Allen family (which is pretty much what he told the first Inertia), he made the next one psychotic, murderous and at least slightly aimed at the Allen family. (And will probably make a new one, now that Inertia II is dead)<br /><br />The Inertia I'll play will be the one who was trapped in the Speed Storm, probably for years, who isn't really evil, just... confused and stuff. And probably pretty twitchy, since the Speed Storm's not exactly a friendly place. <br /><br />(This is totally just me trying to explain away why Thad's character changed so dramatically after Impulse...)
