WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT IT? Network Security team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

(from our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure team) Issue is now resolved. We noticed two separate issues today: -- Database Locking: ---- There was locking observed on the class table (PS_CLASS_TBL), which resulted in brief request queuing. Once the locks were released, the queuing cleared automatically. Since this was for a short duration, overall application performance was not impacted. -- Web Server Configuration Issue: ---- Towards the end of the day, we encountered a separate issue related to a configuration miss on one of the web servers that was cloned last week as part of scaling efforts. One of the required configuration updates was not applied on that server, which led to inconsistent behavior. We have identified and implemented the fix for the configuration issue, and do not expect this to reoccur going forward. Concerning the locking issue, we are working with the DBA team to further analyze the cause and will share additional findings if any action is required.

WHO IS IMPACTED? All students connecting to Student Self Service through myUCF.
WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT IT? We are currently investigating this issue.
