While we do not anticipate any service disruption, every effort will be made to complete this maintenance with minimal impact.

· Date: Monday April 6, 2026

· Timeframe: 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM CT

· Duration: Up to 4 hours

· Purpose: Profile Server and XSP/Portal Server upgrade

· Location: ORD

· Expected Impact: No outages anticipated
