Description

We would like to inform you that there are new rules in place for the alphanumeric sender ID for France, starting March 1, 2026. These rules prohibit the use of special characters in sender IDs. The special characters include spaces, accents, hyphens, underscores, and the "+" and "-" symbols. & # @ "etc… What needs to change on your side: Verify that all the sender ids that you are using for sending traffic to this location are compliant to the new rules and update them internally. Failure to make these changes will result in failed traffic.

Over the next two weeks, we will gradually migrate our EDI server architecture to a new infrastructure to enhance system reliability. The update will be carried out in several phases and outside business hours in order to minimize the impact. Each phase will be monitored precisely.
