Running backup jobs may fail or be cancelled, new jobs may not start until the maintenance is complete.
MS365 jobs may stop or fail during the maintenance but backup jobs will resume once the maintenance is complete.
Clients will not be able to access the VSPC to manage or review backup jobs or services during the maintenance.

Description: OTAVA® engineers are establishing a maintenance window to perform patching on our OTAVA® Cloud Backup, DRaaS powered by VEEAM and Server Provider Console infrastructure.
These patches are required in order to continue to provide a secure and compliant environment.
We will kindly ask you to check your backup jobs and restart them if needed once the maintenance window is complete.
