Identified - The cause of reduced speeds and increased latency on some ISP proxy endpoints in parts of Europe — affecting Spain, Bulgaria, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Poland — has been identified as a performance issue with our upstream network provider, who is currently working on a resolution.
