We will be performing the replacement of our *.sip.voice.infobip.com TLS certificate, timeframe:
- Start (UTC): 01 April 10:00
- End (UTC): 01 April 15:00
Important note:
Old TLS certificate expires on 14 April 23:59 UTC.
The new TLS certificate will be issued under different root and intermediate CA certificates. While this change is not expected to impact services, it may potentially affect TLS connections for voice clients that do not have these root and intermediate certificates present in their trust stores.

We will be conducting a performance test on the Europe (Global) data center.
The purpose of this test is to assess and improve the efficiency of our systems. We have taken careful measures to minimize any potential impact on our clients’ experience, and we expect that the majority of clients will not notice any disruption. That said, there is a small possibility of intermittent processing issues during the test window.

Preventive measures are in place to minimize impact; however, intermittent connectivity interruptions may occur for services hosted at the Sri Lanka data center. Any disruptions are expected to last no longer than a total of 30 minutes within the scheduled maintenance window.
