Category Thumbnail Manager (CTM) is a plugin designed for the Coppermine photo gallery. It allows owners to set custom thumbnails and/or icons for all main categories and first tier sub-categories all on one screen at one time. When setting category thumbnails with traditional Coppermine photo galleries you are limited to only using the public thumbnails within that category’s first tier’s albums and you can only set them one at a time. This plugin will eliminates all of those limitations and allows you spruce up your gallery design and save time while doing it.
Category Thumbnail Manager Features
- Category Thumbnails can be set from any album in any category and not just albums in that category.
- Custom category icons can be uploaded to one album and set as oppose to one album in each category.
- Set .gifs and images located in a private album. (Coppermine removed this feature in 1.6x.)
- View and Set main category and first tier subcategory thumbnails on one screen with expand/toggle menus.
- CTM displays the last 10 icons uploaded on the bottom of the screen for convenience.
- Upload custom category icons to match your header and switch them in and out easily with CTM.
- Set seamless .gif animations as category thumbnails with ease.
