Cedric Clyburn (@cedricclyburn), Senior Developer Advocate at Red Hat, is an enthusiastic software technologist with a background in Kubernetes, DevOps, and container tools. He has experience speaking and organizing conferences including Devoxx, WeAreDevelopers, The Linux Foundation, KCD NYC, and more. Cedric loves all things open-source, and works to make developer’s lives easier! Based out of New York.

Roman is a software engineer with experience in distributed systems, databases, monitoring, and high-performance microservices. Roman’s passion is open source and he’s proud to have contributions to Prometheus, Grafana, and ClickHouse. Currently, Roman is working on the open source time series database and monitoring solution VictoriaMetrics.
Lucas Trilken
Cloud&Heat Technologies GmbH
Lucas is an open source enthusiast with over 10 years of experience in running large environments with 24h/7 requierements. He started his career as an IT Officer and Engineer in the German army and has gained experience with hightly automated production lines as well as with the dynamic of start-up environments. As a DevOps Engineer at Cloud&Heat Technologies he is focussing on Private Cloud deployments. He’s been certified Proxmox Engineer since 2021.

Meet the People behind the Event
Markus Neder
After many years in the hotel industry, Markus has come to the other side and now heads the event department at NETWAYS. His many years of experience as a hotel manager helps us to organize the best conference of all to come every year. When he’s not out and about with his children, he likes to relax by gardening or playing the guitar.
Lukas Stegmeier
Lukas joined NETWAYS in September 2016 and completed his event manager training with us. He now focuses on organizing training sessions while also supporting conference planning. A passionate soccer player for over 20 years, he also showcases his drumming talent in the NETWAYS band, adding to its energy and musical quality.
