Step 1: Crop your photo to 100x100. Of course.
Step 2: My photo is a pit darker then I'd like it so duplicate you base layer and set to screen, Opacity at 40%. (This may differ depending on how dark your photo is, or you may not need it at all or you may need more.)
Step 3: Make a new fill layer with #ff4d4d. Set to color burn Opacity 9%.
Step 4: Make a new fill layer with #86f8ff. Set to Screen Opacity 11%.
Step 5: Make a new Color Balance layer with the options set to:
Midtones: +49, +29, +19
Highlights: -11, +19, +22
Shadows: +66, +40, +6
ALL DONE!
