Low Carbon Fuel Standard Credits
Our collective purchasing power and partnerships with preferred vendors enhance your ROI on LCFS credits while also conserving time, money, and resources.
Natural Gas and Electricity Supply
We have tremendous buying and bargaining power with suppliers. We can lower the risk by providing the best available combination of low, stable and predictable rates.
LED Lighting and Controls
We make sure you get the best pricing and installation through our proven procurement process. We invited dozens of vendors to submit pricing and terms for our published RFP and evaluated them on criteria like pricing, range of design and quality of proposed products, and more.
Note: This program is currently closed to new orders.
Energy Data Management
Let us help you make full use of your utility data to save money and be more efficient. Tracking and managing your electricity, natural gas, water, sewer and solid waste services can be headache-inducing. We make it easy with a web-based solution that turns stacks of paper into powerful tools that link invoice information to other useful data – such as prior period billing details, facility square footage, facility type, occupancy or local weather data.
